Senior Digital Performance

Job Descriptions:

Define and execute the overarching growth strategy and measures of success across the umbrella of demand generation digital channels (Search, Display, YouTube, Paid Social, etc.), spanning multiple products and platforms.
Daily optimizing campaigns to maximize conversion, analyze data and market trends.
Set up performance tracking & utilizing research tools and analyzing databases from a variety of traffic sources.
Identify new channels to scale while executing new targeting strategies to unlock new customer segments.
Work with leaders / executives to define and build a strategy for rapidly scaling demand generation.
Deep optimization competencies in 8 main Industries: ECOM, Retails, Finance, Education, Real- Estate, FMCG,…

Job Requirements:

Good organizational and communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Creative problem solver, professional, honest & a good team player.
Good analytical skills with the ability to develop a strong understanding of the client’s business, customer profile, marketing, and business objectives.
Facebook Blueprint & Google Certifications is an advantage.
Strong desire to succeed & a proactive approach to your work.
Be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or related.
At least 2 years experience in performance marketing and campaign management.
Advanced optimization skills & strong understanding of digital platforms (Facebook, Google, YouTube, Zalo, TikTok, ECom,…)
