Senior Driver Operations Associate

Manage drivers performance and cooperate with other departments to deliver best services to end users and drivers;
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Building and maintaining relationship with drivers;
Engage and collaborate with every function within Operation team and others, both lateral and vertical, to ensure information flow with new drivers are being processed efficiently;
Execute plan of acquisition and expansion activities cascades from Acquisition and Offline Presence team to achieve targets;
Implement and optimize systems, processes and initiatives to ensure high- quality of New drivers performance on our platform;

Good MS Office skills, especially Excel is ideal;
Experience in Logistic or operations background or equivalent position;
Good English and data analysis skills;
Hard working, honest, responsible, self- motivated, self- confident.
Good communication skills and negotiation skills;
Bachelor&039;s degree or college experience preferred;
