The Driver Strategic Partnerships Lead is responsible for identifying, negotiating, closing, and managing corporate and noncorporate institutions (partners) to uplift the wellbeing of Lalamove partner drivers within Vietnam.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create a group strategy aligned to the company’s national priorities including driver acquisition, and retention, and branding initiatives;
Identify, pitch, assess, and prioritize prospects in line with the strategy;
- Represent the company as a contact person for any partnership opportunities;
- Oversee all phases of the partnership from initial discussions to execution to ensure a win-win collaboration;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as but not limited to operations, marketing, finance, customer happiness, legal, product, regional, to best execute the partnership;
- Build excellent relationships within the partner’s organization, including C-executives, through regular communication, performance review and improvements, and additional joint projects to deepen engagement and expand brand and possibly revenue outcomes;
- Executes and manages all legal documents (Memorandum of Agreement, Mutual Confidentiality Agreement, etc.) with potential partners;
- Guide and approve any form of public communication involving existing partners such as press release
