JOB DESCRIPTION
In charge of online product groups on the e- commerce website
- Update new info on regular basis; banners and videos in accordance with campaigns, collections. / Cập nhật thông tin thường xuyên; bảng quảng cáo, video liên quan đến các chiến dịch, bộ sưu tập
- Perform QC for all contents published on e- commerce sites. / Giám sát tất cả các nội dung được công bố trên hệ thống thương mại điện tử.
- Input all required product info and upload to e- commerce sites. / Nhập tất cả các thông tin liên quan đến sản phẩm và đưa lên hệ thống Thương mại điện tử
Corporation
- Receiving and coordinating to handle customer complaints through the CRM department/ Phối hợp với bộ phận CRM để tiếp nhận và giải quyết các khiếu nại, thắc mắc của khách hàng.
- Coordinating with Retail Brand Executive to offer programs, products, competitive prices in line with general marketing programs to achieve the assigned KPI goals. / Phối hợp với Retail Brand Executive để đưa ra các chương trình, sản phẩm tốt, mức giá cạnh tranh phù hợp với các chương trình Marketing chung nhằm đạt mục tiêu KPI được giao.
- Cross- coordinating, interact with other departments of operation (Store, warehouse, CRM to bring the best shopping experience to customer. / Phối hợp chéo, tương tác với các bộ phận vận hành, kho, chăm sóc khách hàng để mang đến cho khách hàng những trải nghiệm mua sắm tuyệt vời nhất trên website.
- Support e- commerce leader to analyze e- commerce sales performance, extracting, analyzing and evaluating data on reporting and sales tracking systems, Marketing indicators for making timely decisions about the changes appropriate product, price or promotion. / Phối hợp cùng với trưởng nhóm để phân tích hiệu suất bán hàng trên thương mại điện tử trích xuất, phân tích và đánh giá dữ liệu trên hệ thống báo cáo, theo dõi doanh số, các chỉ số Marketing để đưa ra quyết định kịp thời về việc thay đổi các sản phẩm, giá hay chương trìnhn khuyến mại phù hợp.
- Coordinating with the Marketing agency about produce images, ideas, video, slogan, banner advertising on the website…/ Phối kết hợp với Marketing về hình ảnh sản phẩm, ý tưởng, video, quảng cáo…trên website.
Other assignment by line manager/ Các công việc khác do quản lý trực tiếp yêu cầu.
Qualifications
At least 2- 3 years of experience in a Media agency, E- Commerce or Online Sales
Experience in handling Shopee | Lazada | Tiki Affiliate Activities.
Excellent managerial qualities and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem- solving skills, presentation & Leadership Skills
Diversity Background from IMC to Digital & eCommerce will be a strong advantage.
Complete knowledge of eCommerce procedures and techniques.
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful and proven ability to solve problems creatively.
Ability to manage flexible work timings, manage client lead time, and client expectation.
