Do you have what it takes?
• Certifications in the health and safety system (e.g., identification of hazards and risks certificate) are preferred.
• Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Self- driven personality with a can- do attitude
• Excellent collaboration skills and be able to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing industries, preferably in a diverse multinational environment.
• Result- oriented with fact- base- driven, data- oriented, logical and analytical skills, detail- oriented, systematic thinking, and a sense of excellence
• Perform as a strong team builder and team player with flexible behaviours, open- mindedness, pro- activity, and support.
• Experience in working with government authorities and third parties.
• Mastering local EHS regulations.
• A bachelor&039;s degree or equivalent experience with a major in health and safety is preferred.
