Senior EHS Supervisor (Working at Song Than 3, Binh Duong)

Activity 1: Drive plant EHS business plan achieves the EHS target.
Goal: Ensure all objective and program will be implement on time and achieve the plant’s target.
Take improvement for each objective are not achieve the target.
Implement all activities and program as plan setting, keep record and evident.
Call meeting with Plant manager to follow up the result by monthly.
Activity 2: Follow up new legal.
Goal: Ensure all new concern in factory legal is up to date and compliance with factory.
Follow up result of compliance.
Distribute legal concern to interested party.
Follow up new legal for all safety, occupational health & Environmental requirements by monthly.
Activity 3: Safety Audit to comply Global safety directive.
Goal: Conduct safety audit by management team by weekly or monthly and effective preventive action plan with due date.
Coordinate with management team and conduct safety audit by weekly.
Set up corrective and preventive action plan and follow up by weekly report to management team
Activity 4: Safety committee meeting.
Goal: Conduct safety committee team meeting be monthly and report within seven days.
Coordinate with management team and conduct safety committee meeting by monthly.
Report minute of meeting with in seven day.
Activity 5: Contractor work permit control.
Goal: Ensure contractor who entering to factory good knowledge in factory rules and regulations and follow regulations.
Inspection contractor safety and report unsafe to management team.
Control work permits system.
Training safety and environmental regulations to contractor and keep record.
Activity 6: Safety / Energy suggestion.
Goal: All of employee suggestion safety issue and effective preventive action plan with due date.
Summary result and follow up preventive and corrective action.
Conduct Safety/Energy suggestion activity 1 time / Year.
Summary result and report to management team.
Activity 7: Ergonomic training, Assessment, and Improvement.
Goal: 2 assessments conducted by monthly, and 1 improvement done by quarterly.
Coordinate and create Plant Ergo Committee at plant level.
Conduct 2 Ergo assessment per month.
Conduct 1 Ergo improvement per quarter.
Support team to get training all related module of ergonomic.
Activity 8: Security control
Goal: Ensure contractor/supplier who entering to factory follow security regulations.
Sep up security rule and control guard man.
Performance Objective (KPI):
Conduct Ergonomic Assessment and Kaizen.
Legal compliance for all safety, occupational health & Environmental requirements.
EHS data entry and report any case of emergency on time and effective preventive plan implementation.
Safety directive inspection, communication, follow up and control our operation to comply 100%
Maintain ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 to get certificate as per validity period.
Drive plant EHS business plan to achieves the EHS target.
Conduct sustainability/ESG program activities.
Reporting Responsibilities:
Government document report.
- Safety performance report.
- Environment monitoring report.
- Hazardous chemical report.
- Hazardous waste report.
- Annual fire evacuation report.
Safety suggestion report.
Incident statistic report.
Townhall meeting
Lear Global Report by weekly, monthly and annually.
Safety committee meeting report.
EHS Newsletter.
Safety audit report.
Responsibilities of OHS/EMS System:
Deep understanding and Drive ISO14001 & ISO45001 as EHS Management representative.
Confidentiality Responsibilities:Keep record employee health’s checkup result.

Hold ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 requirement and internal auditor certificate.
Bachelor’s Degree in occupational health and Safety with professional certificate.
Above 8- 10 years working experience in Safety management for global manufacturing plant.
Good in English for both speaking and writing.
Computer skill.
