DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute successful events of varying scale and complexity
• English: TOEIC 650 or equivalent.
• Flexible and quick to adapt to change
• Ability to work on multiple projects, good prioritizing, organization and time management skills
• Creativity and aesthetic taste are an advantage
• Experience with event management software will be a plus
• Experience in budgeting and project management
• 5+ years of experience in event management
• Being able to join soon would be preferable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good risk management & communication skills
• Being able to be an MC is a perk
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management or related fields
• Integrity, trustful, positive thinking, open- minded, good listener, ability to learn quickly and work under pressure
