Senior Employer Branding Specialist

ROLES:

Develop regulations and handle issues related to communication crisis
Lead marketing campaigns for all One Mount’s talent acquisition campaigns (Business Future Leaders, Fresh Geeks, Sales forces...)
Develop and deploy the overall strategy to position One Mount as top employer of choice, including digital growth, recruitment marketing campaigns, campus branding, and employee experience
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Internal communications, Learning & Development, and others) to communicate One Mount’s EVPs effectively to employees and potential candidates
Set- up and monitor performance metrics (social media analytics platform, application tracking systems, cNPS, GA4...) to adjust the strategies accordingly
Develop branding initiatives to support business growth in real estate, distribution, and e- commerce fields
Budget management

Domain knowledge: Employer Branding fundamentals, Talent Attraction, Digital Marketing, Partnerships, Event Management...
Have 3+ years of experience in Employer Branding/Branding/Marketing/Talent Acquisition/Communications
Tools: Google Analytics 4, cNPS, UTM Tracking, Social media analytical platforms
Communication: possess excellent communication in both written and verbal communication, and in both English and Vietnamese
Competencies: Strategic Thinking, Creative & Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Project Management

Salary & Allowances

13- month salary with annual performance bonus, project incentives, sales incentives (based on position)
