TJ Aerospace is a precision manufacturing company specializing in high- accuracy machined parts and sub- assemblies for the aerospace, commercial, defense, and medical sectors.
As an ERP Software Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain ERP solutions supporting aerospace manufacturing operations. The role ensures seamless system integration across production, finance, and supply chain functions to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the HR department to update employee data, issue employee cards, and support related system functions.
Provide user support, training, and technical documentation.
Develop, customize, and optimize ERP modules for manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and finance.
Participate in ERP upgrades, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data integrity, and aerospace quality standards (AS9100, ISO 9001).
Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager and CEO.
Design and maintain databases, reports, and dashboards for operational KPIs.
Integrate ERP with related systems (MES, PLM, QMS, IoT) and ensure data synchronization.

Education & Experience

Proficient in SQL, Python, C, or JavaScript; hands- on experience with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Odoo, or Infor LN.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory control, and supply chain systems.
Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering.
Familiarity with Industry 4.0, API integration, and data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
3–5 years of ERP development or implementation experience in manufacturing.
