Senior ERP Specialist

Monitor and maintain system health and security
Troubleshoots application software and database problems on a timely basis
Create and maintain database security protocol
Create, build, implement, maintain and administrate SQL databases
Maintains liaisons with business, technical staff, and extended support organizations for resolution of ERP issues
Thorough knowledge of ERP and subsystems needed
Schedule and perform regular server maintenance
Assists in developing procedures to ensure integrity of ERP system and databases;
Works as a system analyst with key personnel to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions
ERP/Database Specialist responsible for creating, building, implementing, maintaining, and administering all ERP and database systems
Evaluate data analysis models and procedures
Establish a disaster recovery protocol
Install and configure MSSQL/MySQL database software on server
Design and implement backup processes for data
Works with end users on all functional modules to document business needs, requirements, and processes for upgrades and enhancements;
Works with end- users to analyze, design, construct and implement small applications in support of regular business operations and documents applications as needed;
Provide end- to- end technical support and problem resolution
Create database management processes and procedures
Develops and presents training materials for end users;
Assists in ensuring that external/internal regulations and policies governing data management are met, including regulations concerning security, audit and privacy;
Develops and implements project plans for ERP functional support tasks
Install and configure ERP software on database server
Performs all other duties as assigned

3+ years Azure database and VM experience
5+ years’ experience creating, building, implementing, maintaining and administrating ERPs and databases
5+ years’ possession of MSSQL/MySQL DBA certification or equivalent ERP/database work history
Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus
Good English proficiency
Able to demonstrate ERP/Database work history
