Responsibilities
To spearhead the implementation of our new ERP system, MS Dynamics 365, and to manage the system post go- live. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, project management, as well as ongoing system management and optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem- solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Overview
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external consultants to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Post Go- Live Support: Provide ongoing support to users post go- live, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
Upgrades and Enhancements: Plan and manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
ERP Implementation: Take a critical role of the end- to- end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and work on optimizing configurations and processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Configuration Management: Ensure that the ERP system is correctly configured to meet business needs, including setting up modules, workflows, and customizations.

Requirements
Proven track record of successfully executing full- cycle ERP implementations, including planning, execution, and post- go- live support.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.
Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 with other business systems, such as POS, Mobile App, CRM, HR, and third- party applications.
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders.
Experience in industries relevant to VTI businesses: F&B, Retails, Coffee chain, Fashion Liftstyle and Manufacturing
At least 3- 5 years of experience in implementing ERP systems, with a significant portion of that time spent on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Experience leading cross- functional teams, including IT professionals, business analysts, and external consultants.
Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
