Senior Executive - Compliance

Visiting internal SBU’s and identify sustainability projects that need to be implemented whilst, ensuring that the following activities are conducted in a timely and an effective manner:

Identify relevant vendors and raise quotations
Obtain approval from relevant persons
Determine the scope of the project
Forward/ handover the project details to the relevant SBU
Monitor the progression of same and provide necessary feedback

Preparing the MERP (MAS Environmental Reporting Program) by collecting environmental data relevant to water, electricity, emissions etc and updating the system with the help of MAS IT team in order to facilitate the establishment of sustainability KPI’s within the organization
Ensuring adherence to organizational standards in areas such as MOS (LEAN), SOPs, compliance standards, health and safety and 5S in all day today activities whilst assisting in relevant projects
Performing additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
Organizing monthly Compliance Forum and facilitating discussions among plant representatives with regard to compliance and sustainability thereby, arriving at action points to be implemented across relevant SBU’s, whilst, preparing meeting minutes to be circulated among the group
Updating the compliance intranet on a regular basis whilst, uploading relevant information with regard to audits etc. to factory database in order to ensure that relevant/ accurate data is available at all times

Good at English & computer skill
Good communication, teamwork, enthusiastic, positive thinking
Graduated from University/College, major of Environment/safety/technician or relevant; have 03-05 years of working experience as similar position.
