Senior / Executive Cost Accounting - Nhân Viên Kế Toán Giá Thành Cấp Cao

* Newly established 100% US invested company due to the need to expand production, we are looking for potential candidate for Senior/ Executive Cost Accounting- Maintain and/or update of accurate standard cost in the Company’s ERP system.- Develop into an expert on the Inventory Module within the ERP system and to understand fully the transactions flow of the valuation of inventory, related cost of sales and quanties on hand.- Ensure that inventory reserve policies are properly adhered to for all sites.- Enforce proper accounting policies and methods in accordance with GAAP/IFRS for inventory related accounts.- Responsible to respond to all audit requests when it comes to the valuation and costing of inventory.- Periodically review and obtain approval form Cost Accounting Mgr. before update of standard labour and burden rates- Product Cost Calculation- Check and compare actual costs with standard costs- Analyse production cost fluctuations and propose cost optimization solutions- Monitor cost fluctuations and analyse cost variance causes- Timely preparation and presentation of Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reporting in addition to Ad- hoc projects related to Valuaton of Inventory and Contribution Margin by Vertical and Product Groups.- Hands- on participation preparing financial reports for key stakeholders (Board of Directors, Lenders, etc.)- Collaborate across functional departments to drive continuous improvements in reporting, budgeting, and analysis processes.- Deeply understanding variances, a material purchase of inventory- Experience in setting standard in accounting allocate cost

- Deep understanding of costing and valuation of inventory in a Mfg environment.- Ability to work effectively with management and part of a team to meet targets.- Strong attention to detail.- Very Strong Excel skills – able to use tools and shortcuts to work efficiently and effectively within Excel.- Knowledge of Accounting and Financial principles.- Manufacturing experience in Plastic & metal is preferred- Able to work independence- Self- motivated, resourceful, and detailed- oriented, deadline driven- Be able to communicate in English
