We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing and Performance Executive to join our Game & Digital Content Team
What you will do
Cross- Functional Collaboration: Liaise with product teams to provide market insights, user feedback, and competitive analysis to guide the ongoing development and enhancement of gaming and digital content products;
Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for optimal campaign results;
Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross- functional teams to design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, online advertising, and partnerships, to promote our gaming and digital content products;
Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships within the gaming and digital content industry to enhance brand visibility, user acquisition, and engagement’;
Content Creation: Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling and relevant content, such as graphics, videos, and copy, that effectively communicates the value of our gaming and digital content offerings;
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our offerings innovative and competitive;
Reporting and Presentation: Create clear and concise performance reports, presenting findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insightful reports and recommendations for optimization to maximize user engagement and ROI;
What you will need
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus;
At least 4 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the Gaming, Ecommerce, Application, or fintech sectors;
Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross- functionally.
Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast- paced environment;
Understanding of advertising operations, SEO, and event organization is an advantage;
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and content;
Proficiency in utilizing marketing analytics tools and platforms;
Passion for staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
