(Senior) Executive – Product (Merchant Financing Business)

Strategic Planning:
Define vision and research merchant needs to define and own Merchant Financing Products Roadmap;
Own Merchant Financing Products from the business idea to launching in order to control of the operational and monetary aspects of a business;
Utilize research and analytic to pursue innovative ideas that solve everyday problems for both users and business;
Represent the service in business strategy discussions and provides strategic advice to the service team;
Work with Growth & Marketing Team and Offline / Online Merchant Team to define growth strategy for Merchant Financing Products.
Project Management:
Control and prioritize all business requests, such as those for feature enhancements, ensuring limited resources are spent on high- value requests.
Operations Management:
Maintain constant communication with internal stakeholders and external partners (including credit partner) to ensure proper operations of the product;
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols;
Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity.
Other duties / projects as assigned by direct manager.

Knowledge of how to use SQL language in data retrieval, analysis, calculation is plus.
Experience in project management;
Logical thinking and problem- solving skill;
Experience working with online / offline micro- SME merchants and social seller is a plus;
Open mindset to learn;
Bachelor degree in International Business, Business Administration or related fields;
Good communication and stakeholder management skills;
