Senior Executive – Product Operations

This role is responsible for collecting and analyzing data relating to app performance and system incident, in order to derive actionable insights to improve service quality level across the company. The ideal candidates must be skilled in stakeholder engagement and root cause identification.

App performance:

Work closely with cross- functional stakeholders (tech, data, business) to collect data relating to performance and experience of MoMo app;
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement actions that will improve app performance indicators.

Incident reporting:

Support the app performance and incident managers for reports and stakeholder coordination to deliver better experience, customer retention and satisfaction.
Keep track of system and product incidents that impact experience of the whole platform, identify root cause, and alert potential issue;
Coordinate relevant stakeholders to resolve incident in a timely manner;

Data driven, structured mindset;
Sense of ownership, self- learner and quick to adopt new knowledge and technical skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills: strong spoken and written communication skills to collaborate, and to explain requests and findings clearly to internal team as well as stakeholders;
Have +3 years of experience in Tech, Fintech, strong business sense;
