Carry out research,
analyse
and update market trends
1 Research and provide reports on both global and Vietnam macroeconomic and financial markets
2 Research and provide reports on asset classes (bond, equity, alternative investment) and industries
Build and monitor investment strategies of focus customers at TCB

(needs, financial situation, risk appetite, hobbies, etc.)

Develop the suitable investment strategy with adjusted and customized investment solutions:
• Work closely with relevant teams (Product Development, Economic and Financial Market Analysis department, IB Investment Analysis, WB and BB industry experts) to customize investment strategies for target customers of TCB
• Develop risk management/ control measures to protect customer assets
• Develop TCB&039;s investment opinion to determine strategic and tactical asset allocation
• Develop model portfolios for TCB’s focus groups
Manage asset of TCB’s focus groups
• Manage client&039;s investment assets (portfolio of stocks, bonds, real estate, ...)
• Provide specific analysis report on specific ticker of interest on request
• Provide off- the- shelf reports and recommendations on equity investment
Build relationships and organize implementation with relevant parties, providing Wealth Management services with the best experience for customers
• Proactively work with relevant Departments to solve problems in the wealth management solutions journey for customers and financial topics that customer concerns
• Build and deepen relationships and trust with Customers
• Be proactive and request resources from relevant Departments to jointly provide wealth management solutions for customers
Build analysis and portfolio management capacity for Salesforce
Training, coaching team:
• Macro market analysis reports and financial reports
• Industry and asset classes reports
• Investment portfolio allocation strategy

Education and Certificate
• Certificate of fund management practice (committed to completion within 1 year)
• IELTS 6.5 or above or equivalent certificate
• Master degree or Postgraduate degree is preferred. CFA level 1,2,3 or CFA holder is preferred
• Bachelor degree major in Economic/ Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration
• CFP (or equivalent certificate) is preferred (committed to completion in 2- 3 years)
Knowledge, capacity and experience
• Having experience working/ investing abroad in the financial or banking industry is an advantage
• The ideal candidate needs experience in one or more wealth management products such as: Bonds, Funds, Stocks, Foreign Exchange, Insurance, branded residence
• Have good knowledge and ability to research and analyze macroeconomics, asset classes and industries
• Have good ability in planning investment strategies for customers
• Have at least 8- 10 years of working experience in the Banking/ Finance/ Investment/ Securities industry, including experience in consulting/ asset investment management for VIP and HNW customers
