Senior Finance Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst who acts as a strategic business partner – turning data into insight and insight into action. You will lead driver- based planning, conduct deep financial and commercial analyses, and advise leadership on growth, profitability, and capital allocation decisions. The role collaborates closely with business teams (Sales, Merchant, Operations, etc.) and Finance/Accounting to enable data- driven decisions by the Board of Directors (BOD).
Financial Planning & Forecasting

Monitor variances against plan and provide timely recommendations to course- correct.
Deliver accurate monthly forecasts covering revenue, expenses, and cash flow to support decision- making.
Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring plans are realistic, data- driven, and aligned with business priorities.

Performance Reporting & Strategic Analysis

Conduct scenario planning and financial modeling to support investment decisions and long- term strategy.
Analyze key financial drivers such as revenue growth, cost structure, and unit economics to identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare monthly and annual performance reports for the BOD with clear, actionable insights.

Business Partnering

Collaborate with Sales, Merchant, Operations, and other business units to assess profitability and performance at client, supplier, and business levels.
Provide financial guidance to support market expansion, new initiatives, and cross- functional projects.
Partner with Accounting to strengthen capital allocation, optimize working capital, and manage cash flow effectively.

Process Improvement & Transformation

Lead and support automation and digital transformation initiatives within Finance.
Enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve accuracy, speed, and accessibility of insights.
Implement financial planning & analysis (FP&A) best practices to raise financial management standards across the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Strong communication and storytelling skills to present insights clearly to executives.
Good command of English.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance roles.
Excellent business insight with the ability to connect financial data to commercial realities and strategic decisions.
Strong financial modeling, scenario planning, and investment analysis skills.
Detail- oriented yet able to maintain a big- picture perspective; proactive, structured, and collaborative.
