Senior Food & Beverage Manager

We are seeking a talented and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the culinary operations at Apricot Hotel. As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your role involves not only managing all aspects of our dining outlets but also directly engaging with and supporting our F&B team to ensure a cohesive and high- performing team environment.
The candidate should have:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer- centric approach.
A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and staying abreast of industry trends.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, ideally in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and relevant hospitality management software.
In- depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and quality assurance.

Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, creativity, and collaboration among staff members.
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the dining experience and drive revenue growth.
Recruit, train, and mentor food and beverage staff, providing ongoing support, coaching, and feedback to foster their professional growth.
Maintain stringent food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Monitor financial performance and implement cost- saving measures to ensure profitability.
Oversee day- to- day operations of all food and beverage outlets, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control.
Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to curate innovative menus that showcase local flavors and seasonal ingredients.
