Senior Footwear Developer

Senior Developer is responsible for following up new season for development & items commercialization. The position is also responsible for reviewing mold construction with Moldshop team in managing process and assigned products in collaboration with factories team (customers).
Responsible for following development&039;s items
Agreeing to take over other reasonable, special duties & responsibilities that is corresponding to the employee&039;s abilities according to the instructions and requests of the management and/or supervisors.
Acting in accordance with the policies, philosophy, principles, customer&039;s code of conduct & their confidentiality agreements, and company rules of the framas Group
· Review mold construction & track the tooling timeline with Mold Team.
· Follow up the tooling & related samples for each stage.
· Follow up new season development and commercialization items.
Responsible for confirming tooling/parts for development’s stage & full size run tools, as well as guiding for initial quality standard with customer.
· Involve and communicate for quality / technical issue for development items.
· Involve initial Cost Break Down creation for product, post- process etc., and communicate with customer.
* Working time: Monday- Friday: 8:00- 16:30, Saturday: 8:00- 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh Industrial Zone

· Good English in both written and verbal skills
· Knowledge of shoe manufacturing process
· Ability to work independently and in a team and under high pressure.
· University bachelor’s degree in development Footwear, Business Administration, English or relevant fields (Engineer of TPU injection or Shoe Industry will be priority)
· Honesty, integrity, and positive attitude; Careful, hard- working, responsible and discipline attitude.
· At least 5 years working experience in Footwear.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office software
