Senior Foreign Financial Institutions Relationship Specialist

Reponsible for executed the loan on time, ensure the liquidity of company
Continuously update and monitor money market movements & domestic and international macro outlook to propose optimal borrowing plans in order to optimize funding cost
Maintain and develop relationships with investors/financial institutions
Collect information from financial institution to propose appropriate lines
Support Unit Head of Financial Institutions Relationship in training junior staffs
Review and negotiate agreement terms such as interest rate and others term
Undertake other tasks assigned by Unit Head of Financial Institutions Relationship
Perform KYC procedures when required
Follow financial covenants and periodical reports to Lenders, promptly detect and propse solution in case of breach of covenants.
Complete required documents in order successfully draw down loans
In charge of due diligent process of Financial institution, ensure provide reasonable information to successfully establish the credit limit and transactions limit.

Hold relevant certifications, e.g. CFA, CPA, ACCA or MBA is a plus
Good oral & written communication skilsl in Vietnamese & English
Negotiation & compromise skill with partners
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
At least 03 years’ experience working in Banks or Finance Companies (Treasury, Investment Banking, ALM)
Analytical/ Decision making skills
Honesty and sense of responsibility, working under pressure
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or any relevant fields
Problem solving skills
Understanding of Finance company procedure is a plus
Time management skills
