Senior FP&A Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:
FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS

Building up and maintain dashboard, key metrics, ensuring spending under approved amount, requesting to amend on a timely basis to optimize financial results;
Performing revenue and expense analysis to provide a financial recommendation to stakeholders;
Working with all department leaders to build up a financial budget and execution planning to achieve the target of BOD;
Preparing periodic analysis (i.e., weekly/monthly) on performance against budget/forecast to assist FD in tracking business performance against objectives;

BUILD UP AND IMPROVE PROCESSES AND PROCEDURE FOR FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Call and participate to build new processes, or streamline the existing process in order to optimize the performance;
Work with data department and other stakeholders to build up the dashboard and report to serve financial management process;
Ensure continuous improvement of financial management processes including accounting, finance, and operations process;

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

Able to work with complexity
Graduate from University at Business/Accounting/Economics
This role will be responsible for partnering across the organization in the delivery of overall targets for the organization
Work well under pressure and can deal effectively with ambiguity
Must be good in Excel (VBA, SQL will be added advantage) and strong analytical skills
