Senior Front-end Developer

EdgeWorks is a German software research and development company established in 2007 by Dr. Jochen Nessel, one of the pioneers in Machine Learning field.

Location: Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City

Working hour: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (including 1,5 hour lunch & rest break) + Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain new or improved software products, procedures, and techniques


• Analyze, design and maintain products and assist in commercialization.


• Develop and execute unit tests to ensure and maintain source code quality.


• Ensure product code and artifacts are managed according to guidelines.

• Strong JavaScript coding skills


• Good with JavaScript frameworks such as: jQuery, Angular.js, Vue.js, React.js


• Good with Nodejs is a plus


• Experience with Git


• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript libraries, such as jQuery


• Working knowledge of at least one MVC framework (e.g., Zend Framework, Yii, CodeIgniter, ...)


• Experienced in system architecture design.


• Good knowledge in implementing 3rd party API


• Knowledge of common open source tools.


• Ability to read and write in English


• Working under pressure.


• Possibility to start work soon.
