Senior Front-End Engineer (US start-up/Product)

Continuously refactor, improve and add automation testing for components (code coverage > 80%)
Proactively research new trends and updates in UX/UI technology
Work hand- in- hand with our current team to resolve issues in our core product, including but not limited to our proprietary WYSIWYG email builder
Implement, maintain, and update our component libraries, customer- facing websites/landing pages, and the web application at large
Push the boundaries of our web application to the next level in terms of performance, accessibility, and stability
Proactively collaborate with our designers, provide feedback about UI/UX + animation, and bring new ideas to the table

Experience in debugging and improving web app performance
Fluent in React, Redux, and related tools
Experience writing automation testing—especially the React app
Good at English in both written and verbal
Strong experience in HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Hungry to learn and have the ability to learn things quickly
