Profile
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Frontend Developer who has led multiple large- scale projects from conception to deployment. This individual should have a proven track record of building and managing large applications with their own stack, demonstrating a strong ability to oversee end- to- end solutions.They should excel in dynamic and demanding environments, adeptly managing various priorities and balancing them with efficiency and focus. The ideal candidate will be outspoken, a strong communicator, and decisive, with the ability to articulate their ideas clearly to both technical and non- technical stakeholders.

Work with UI/UX designers to implement user- friendly solutions
Consume REST APIs to power applications
Design and develop scalable, feature- rich web applications using ReactJS and Redux
Introduce new technologies into the team based on fit and suitability to deliver a solution
Requirements:
JavaScript experience, including concepts such as asynchronous programming, closures, types and ES6 HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like cross- browser compatibility and layout
National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 Matric
BS Computer Science degree or equivalent industry experience
Experience in/with more than one of the following will be advantageous:
Creative thinking backed by strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Unit testing, test driver development, static code analysis
Ability to deep dive into the technical details, but never be out of touch with business requirements
Continuous integration
Understand business requirements and how it translates into technical approach
Agile development methodologies
Firebase/Kafka/GraphQL Experience
Mapping technologies (Google Maps, Here Maps, Leaflet)
Performance/analytics tools for web applications UX/Visual Design
Distributed source control systems (Git)
Strong teamwork, co- ordination, and planning, self- driven, and ability to work at pace in a dynamic
Can communicate in English
