What You Will Do:

Create and maintain technical documentation (design decisions, architecture).
Contribute to and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and monitoring.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams (Backend, AI/ML, DevOps) to deliver complete features.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning.
Optimize frontend performance, SEO, accessibility, and cross- platform responsiveness.
Lead frontend architecture and system design to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Translate design wireframes into high- quality, reusable UI components using React/Next.js.
Ensure testing best practices: unit, integration, and E2E (Jest, Cypress).
Mentor junior developers and promote frontend best practices.
Own and implement end- to- end features in collaboration with Product Owners and Designers.

Familiarity with CI/CD, Git workflows, Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with frontend testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
Experience with UI component libraries (Material UI or similar).
Experience with authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, Firebase Auth, Cognito).
Proficiency in ReactJS, Next.js, Redux, JavaScript/TypeScript.
Strong knowledge of frontend architecture & design patterns (SOLID, DRY).
Solid experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Yarn, NPM).
Strong problem- solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Experience in SEO, PWA, and performance tuning.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of frontend or fullstack development experience.

Familiarity with monorepo management tools (Nx, Turborepo).
Familiarity with DevOps practices, OpenAPI/Swagger.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase) and monitoring tools (Sentry, Datadog).
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Experience with design tools (Figma, Photoshop).
Experience with React Native for mobile apps.
Experience in technical leadership or mentoring within frontend teams.
Familiarity with functional programming and scripting (Node.js, Bash).
