ABOUT THE ROLE
We are now seeking a Senior Fulfillment Specialist to ensure the best supply chain service to in- house sales, including monitoring purchase orders from customers, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently through effective management of the order fulfillment process, from order receipt through delivery to the customer. You will oversee the coordination of inventory, warehouse operations, shipping, and logistics to optimize efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction. You will work closely with suppliers/manufacturers to monitor stock levels, coordinate with partners and other teams in order to make replenishment planning and minimize out- of stock issues.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Senior Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for monitoring operational excellence related to inventory management, and suppliers/manufacturers performances. Primary duties include:
Production planning and Inventory management:
- Actively communicate with suppliers/factories to monitor inventory levels with suppliers/manufacturers and coordinate replenishment schedules to avoid item stockouts that could delay orders.
- Coordinate with cross- functional teams (sales team, sourcing team) to make a timely inventory plan to minimize order processing time with optimal inventory costs
Operations performance management:
- Monitor key performance indicators such as order accuracy, on- time delivery, processing time, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance performance.
- Analyze product quality and shipping issues to point out the problems timely to improve customer experiences.
- Effectively manage the order fulfillment process and analyze fulfillment metrics such as processing time, lead time, shipping time, defects, and return rate and recommend performance improvements to suppliers.
- Drive operation root causes analysis and deliver action plan in case exceptions happen.
