Senior Full Stack Developer

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Golang and associated libraries, with a strong background in microservices architecture and modern frontend frameworks like Svelte or similar. In addition, expertise in message queuing systems, search engines like ElasticSearch, relational and NoSQL databases, websockets, and gRPC is essential. Experience in CRM software or VoIP telephony systems is considered a significant advantage. The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high- performance software solutions.
Responsibilities:

Integrate gRPC for efficient and high- performance communication between microservices.
Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions.
Implement real- time communication using websockets for interactive features.
Develop and optimize database schemas for both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
Utilize message queuing systems for asynchronous communication between microservices.
Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Golang for backend development and Svelte framework (or similar) for frontend development.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance as needed.
Ensure code quality, performance, and security through proper testing and code reviews.
Architect and implement microservices architecture to ensure scalability, modularity, and maintainability of the software system.
Write efficient SQL queries and interact with NoSQL databases for data operations.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in full stack development.
Implement search functionality using ElasticSearch or similar technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development.
Experience with websockets for real- time communication.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
Proven track record of designing and developing scalable, robust, and high- performance software solutions.
Excellent problem- solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Experience with microservices architecture and designing scalable systems.
Proficiency in Golang and associated libraries and tools for backend development.
Solid understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
Experience with CRM software or VoIP telephony systems is a plus.
Knowledge of gRPC for efficient communication between microservices.
Strong understanding of modern frontend frameworks such as Svelte, React, or Vue.js.
Familiarity with message queuing systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and asynchronous communication patterns.

Salary Range: 800 USD- 1200 USD
