Senior Full Stack Developer Nodejs, Angular

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in NodeJS, AWS, and modern development frameworks. The role focuses on ensuring a high- quality, scalable, and maintainable codebase, working closely with developers to guide best practices, improve performance, and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to frontend development using Angular as part of fullstack feature delivery
Collaborate with product and delivery teams in Agile development environments
Design, develop, review, and maintain backend services using NestJS and TypeScript
Drive improvements in CI/CD, system reliability, and technical documentation
Optimize performance across APIs, databases, caching, and AWS infrastructure
Lead code reviews, promote best practices, and mentor junior developers
Evaluate and introduce technologies to enhance product quality and team efficiency

Must- Have

Familiarity with containers and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Good English communication skills
5+ years of experience as a software engineer in a complex development environment
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and testable code structure
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and complex microservices- based systems
Well- versed in writing structured, maintainable, and clean code
Solid experience in Node.js with NestJS, and strong proficiency in TypeScript
Experience working in Agile teams
Experience working with Angular or similar frontend frameworks
Strong problem- solving and analytical skills
Hands- on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud- native architecture

Nice- to- Have

Experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to boost productivity and code quality
Familiarity with DevOps practices and modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
Domain knowledge in insurance or CRM systems
