Job Description
Provide Internal Software Development Service for plant
* Provide technical consultancy & solution for Software Development and MÉ System.
* Manage software development projects.
* Develop applications for HcP internal customers.
Sustain excellent operation of responsible applications as per Service Level Agreement especially for HcP MES
* Ensure internal application operation, covering incident & problem management, change management, etc.
* Enhance & expand features of responsible applications as per business need.
* Ensure 24x7 excellent operation for HcP MES

Qualifications
Education & Work Experience
* Relevant professional certificates for DBA e.g Oracle OCA/ OCP is strong plus
* 3- 5 year- experience in: .NET competence, MES systems with good understanding manufacturing process.
* Bachelor degree. Major in IT Software Development
Traits & Skills
* Effective and smooth collaboration with customers, partners and suppliers
* Ready for travel when needed (for training/ project/ cross- site support)
* Good knowledge of OOP, clean code
* Good knowledge in MÉ systems and understanding manufacturing process is a must.
* Good knowledge of Info security in programing and performance optimization.
* Effective communication in English & Vietnamese (speaking, listening, reading & writing)
* Good knowledge of programming patterns and principles e.g Separation of Concern, Repository Pattern, Unit Of Work, DRY, SOLID
* Customer Orientation. Result Orientation. Quality. Cost sensitivity
* A team player. Easy to work with. Participate team&039;s and company&039;s team building activities
* Analytical thinking. Self learning capability, Knowledge transfer capability
* Proficient C programming or Python with working knowledge of SQL or Oracle.
