Senior FullStack Developer C#, ASP.NET Remote

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Technical Lead of Web Development to join our team. The postion will be working remotely. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in software development across a range of technologies, with strong leadership skills and a pragmatic approach to decision- making. Excellent communication in English is a must.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize relational databases such as OracleDB, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL.
Apply best practices in system design, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Build and maintain frontend solutions, with experience in modern frameworks such as React being a bonus.
Manage basic networking tasks, including server setup, firewall configurations, security implementations, and certificate management.
Develop and maintain services using gRPC and protobufs in C, C++, and C environments.
Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using object- oriented programming languages such as Java or C.
Develop and manage web applications using ASP.NET and Entity Framework.
Balance customer needs with business objectives to make sound architectural decisions.
Utilize cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS to manage applications, analyze logs, and identify bottlenecks to improve performance.

Hands- on experience with gRPC and protobufs in C, C++, and C environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams of 2 to 8 developers.
Strong expertise in ASP.NET and Entity Framework.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and with clients.
Proven experience with relational databases such as OracleDB, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL.
Experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments for application management, monitoring, and performance analysis.
Extensive experience in object- oriented programming languages such as Java or C.
A self- starter mindset, capable of identifying priorities and driving progress with minimal supervision.
Experience with frontend development frameworks; React experience is a bonus.
8 hours working hours per day. Among them at least 3 hours in the period from 9PM- 5AM.
Strong understanding of networking concepts, including server management, firewalls, and certificates.
Strong problem- solving skills, with the ability to balance technical needs with business goals.
