Senior Fullstack Developer (.Net & Microsoft)

Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer proficient in .Net & Microsoft to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding business processes, designing and developing web applications, collaborating on requirement analysis, solving technical challenges, and ensuring code quality through thorough reviews and unit testing.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams on requirement analysis and specifications. Communicate technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders and gather relevant input for project planning and execution.
Gain a deep understanding of business processes to effectively translate business needs and requirements into comprehensive documents and process diagrams that support product development.Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines. Propose and implement solutions to optimize performance and enhance scalability. Develop and execute unit tests to validate the functionality and reliability of developed applications.
Design, develop, and implement web applications and architectures using .Net and Sharepoint technologies. This includes developing effective APIs to facilitate seamless integration between different systems and applications.
Address and resolve complex technical problems and architectural challenges encountered during the development process. Analyze root causes of issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

Experience with databases including MS SQL Server.
Familiarity with software tools such as Visual Studio, .NET, and MS Office Suite.
Experience with enterprise integration tools, middleware technologies, and application and data integration solutions such as Solace and REST API Connect.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical details in clear and concise documents.
Minimum of 3- 5 years of relevant experience in application development.
Practical experience with programming languages such as ASP.NET and continuous integration tools like Git and Azure DevOps.
Sharepoint administration experience, along with knowledge of MS Power Platform and MS Power Automate.
Proficiency in .Net core, C, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and XML.
