Senior Fullstack Developer Web MobileJava, DevOps

🔹 Product Development

Build and maintain cross- platform applications using Flutter (primary) or React Native to deliver consistent performance on iOS and Android.
Implement real- time trading interfaces, dashboards, charts, and analytics for investors.
Develop responsive web applications with React.js / Next.js to ensure a seamless experience across desktop and mobile browsers.
Ensure smooth API integration with backend services (REST & GraphQL).

🔹 Technical Leadership

Contribute to system design discussions, offering expertise on frontend performance, scalability, and user experience.
Participate in defining frontend and mobile architecture (state management, modularization, performance optimization).
Propose and implement best practices for coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment.
Support the backend team in designing API contracts, data models, and security layers.

🔹 Quality & Performance

Ensure high- performance rendering and smooth interactions on mobile devices.
Collaborate with QA to ensure apps meet financial- grade quality standards.
Optimize apps for offline usage, caching strategies, and push notifications.
Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high code quality.

🔹 Team Collaboration & Mentorship

Act as a role model for agile development, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Work closely with Product Managers, BAs, and UX/UI designers to translate business needs into working features.
Mentor junior and mid- level developers, providing guidance on frontend/mobile technologies, design patterns, and best practices.

Contribute to building an engineering culture that values clean code, scalability, and innovation.
Stay up to date with the latest in mobile, web, and cloud technologies.
Suggest and evaluate new tools and frameworks to improve developer productivity.

Yêu cầu công việc

Deep understanding of API security, authentication, OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS.
Strong expertise in Microservices, Event- driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and Database optimization (SQL/NoSQL).
Strong problem- solving skills, system design expertise, and ability to handle complexity.
Excellent communication in English, ability to explain complex technical concepts.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related.
5+ years of experience in backend development, with at least 3 years in Java/Spring Boot.
Prior experience in Fintech, Banking, or High- frequency trading systems is highly preferred.
Hands- on experience with DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI.
Leadership qualities: mentoring, guiding teams, and contributing to architectural decisions.
