Glohow is a global game business partner who is dedicated to shining a spotlight on various contents and bringing their businesses to a global level.
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Game Designer who can not only craft compelling gameplay but also possesses a strategic vision and a desire to help us build a strong, collaborative team from the ground up. You will work directly with our CEO, to create a lean, agile, and highly creative environment.
To kickstart an ambitious new casual mobile game project, we are in the process of building our core creative team. This is a unique opportunity to be one of the first key members, laying the foundation not only for the product but also for the team&039;s culture.
Responsibilities

Work closely with artists, programmers, and other designers to ensure that the game&039;s vision is realized.
Present game design concepts to stakeholders and advocate for the game&039;s vision.
Create detailed game design specifications for various game systems, including combat, progression, economy, and social features.
Design compelling gameplay mechanics that are engaging, innovative, and aligned with the game&039;s vision.
Conduct playtests and analyze player feedback to iterate on the game design and improve the overall player experience.
Develop and maintain the game&039;s high- level design documents, including the core concept, target audience, gameplay pillars, and key features.
Define the overall narrative structure, including the main storyline, character arcs, and world lore.
Research and analyze competing games to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.

Yêu cầu công việc

10+ years of experience in game design, with a focus on high- level game planning.
Experience with scripting languages and game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) is a plus.
Ability to communicate, read, write in English with fluency.
Passion for games and a desire to create innovative and engaging experiences.
Deep understanding of game design principles, including gameplay mechanics, narrative structure, and player psychology.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing successful games.
