About the Role
The Senior General Ledger Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and supporting the financial reporting process. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Gross salary range: 10- 20 million VND/month
• Working time: 8:00- 17:00, Mon – Friday
• Location: eSpace Co- working, 1 Dinh Le Street, Trang Tien Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily office administration work (private office in share office place).
Coordinate with consultants (not limited to tax consultants, human resources consultants and company secretory) and auditors to provide necessary information and documentation. And ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the statutory reports (not limited to annual accounting report, tax filing and PIT).
Assist human resources team for the local employment related documentation and local reports. Responsible for the monthly salary process.
Build the local finance framework and closely coordinate with Group finance team.
Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements complying both Group and local GAAP.
Responsible for the local company’s month- end and year- end closing procedures.
Maintain accurate and up- to- date general ledger entries and supporting documents.
Requirements:
Fluent in English. Chinese is a plus.
Ability to work independently, self- motivated and learning.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Proficient in accounting software.
Chief Accountant Training Certificate required.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with financial reporting standards and regulations.
Strong sense of responsibility
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with local accounting software.
Knowledge of international accounting standards.
CPA or equivalent certification.
