Senior Graphic Designer

Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high- quality digital assets across various multimedia and graphics projects. This role involves designing engaging content for websites, mobile apps, advertising, animation, emails, social media, and interactive displays.
Key Accountablities

Design and produce engaging digital media assets, including:App promotion materials (banners, icons, and landing pages)
Video content and animations for various platforms
Social media graphics and campaigns
Website design and user interface elements
Online advertisements (static and animated)
Responsible for brand identity applications across a range of material including:
Campaigns
Environmental graphics
Collateral, merchandise, packaging
POSM adaptation
Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, ensuring all files are properly labeled and stored for future use.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high- quality standards.
Experiment with new design techniques and software to improve workflow and output quality.
Stay up to date with industry design trends, tools, and technologies to propose innovative ideas and enhancements for existing assets.
Ensure brand identity consistency by creating visual assets that adhere to brand guidelines across all customer touchpoints.

Strong sketching and conceptualization skills, with the ability to explain the strategy behind designs.
Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) for creative design & animation
React to emergency calls with maturity and responsibility
Quickly respond to multiple emergencies
Experience with UX/UI.
2+ years of experience as a creative designer or in a similar role, preferably in an agency or fast- paced environment.
Scope projects accurately, prioritize and juggle multiple tasks
Bachelor’s degree in Applied Art, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a relevant field.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front- end development is highly desirable.
Attend to Customer Needs
Experience with animation and video editing tools is a plus.
Interpersonal skills, outstanding communications, able to communicate visually, verbally and in writing
Work under stress- deadline
