Senior Graphic Designer

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating all visual designs that meet clients’ expectations and supporting the Manager in building the team.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyse the brief, give advice and orientation of the concept, style,…that is suitable and creative.
Research and stay updated on new trends in art, color, typography... related to the field of events/advertising to always innovate the ideas and products
Discuss project timelines and progress with Project Leader and clients
Collaborate with 3D Designers to adapt key visuals and other 2D items into the respective 3D designs
Collaborate with Project Leaders (Account Team) to understand client’s requirements and budgets.
Be responsible for all 2D items within the scope of the assigned project: KV, POSM, booth, stage…
Present the creation, receive feedback from Manager/Director and/or clients, then edit/suggest the solutions or finalize the creation based on the comments received
Deploy drawings, technical designs for printing. Monitor the printing and production process to ensure the accuracy of the materials and timeline.
Support and train Juniors

At least 2- 3 years of relevant working experience in Event/Advertising agencies
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities; meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Exhibit strong design style, ability to create original designs and fluency in current graphic design software
College or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Good organizational skills and communication skills; have a keen eye for detail
Quick sketching skills is an advantage
