Senior Graphic Designer

Vibula is a leading social commerce company in Vietnam that specializes in MCN TikTok and TikTok Shop Partners (TSP). We support Sellers and Creators in operating and developing on TikTok and expanding to other social media platforms.
What You’ll Do

Execute visual design stages from concept to final delivery, including mock- ups and prototypes.
Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions, develop creative concepts, and present pitching proposals to both internal teams and clients.
Keep up with Livestream & E- commerce industry trends, new tools, and design innovations to continuously elevate creative output.
Prepare production- ready assets, including image resizing, retouching, and basic video editing when needed.
Create key visuals, mood boards, and digital/social assets that align with campaign objectives and brand strategy.
Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and ensure alignment with project briefs.
Collaborate closely with Account, Content, and Creative teams to ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.

REQUIREMENTS

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
Ideally E- commerce/Retail experience or at least strong knowledge and understanding
At least 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the E- commerce industry, or 1- 2 years of experience in the same role.
Strong problem- solving skills, willingness to learn, and drive to optimize.
Strong expertise in Art Direction and 3D set design for digital content production (e.g., livestream, TikTok videos, campaign visual layout)
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work across digital and social platforms.
