Senior Graphic Designer

- You have prior experience as a Graphic/Motion Graphic Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
- You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (ex: Advanced Diploma In Multimedia (ADIM), Bachelor…)
- Making video and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
- High sense of creativity and responsibility
- You have communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
- You possess a good knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Adobe XD, Figma…
- Is able to meet deadlines and handle intense pressure
- Making original key visual design (Banner, Storyboard for video on social media networks; POSM; Landingpage, Website, App..) and ensure the visual products aligned with the strategy
- Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques and tools
- You pay strong attention to detail, accuracy and have a keen eye for esthetics & able to work under pressure
- Be capable of hand- drawing

- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects and can use In Design, Sketch, and XD is a plus.
- Must have at least 3- 5 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, Motion Graphics Design, or Visual Designer.
- Ability to combine colors, layouts, and fonts to produce high- quality creative pieces.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field.
- English and Japanese is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to work under high pressure and work independently as well as in a team in a deadline- sensitive, multi- task.
- MS Office is a must.
- Understanding of the graphics production process.
