JOB DESCRIPTION:
Creative Design & Production:

Directly participate in the creative process, contributing ideas for various projects, especially in developing key visuals and communication videos for clients.
Transform ideas into reality with 2D and 3D design projects, including banners, posters, online advertisements, social media graphics, and print materials.
Assist in the production, shooting, and editing of advertising images and short clips to make a mark on social media platforms.
Create animation graphics, produce short videos, and other video content, ensuring they align with the campaign&039;s communication goals.

Collaboration & Idea Development:

Work closely with the Content team and other departments to develop design ideas, build video scripts, and create storyboards for campaigns.
Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas to ensure the product conveys the campaign’s message and objectives effectively.

Management & Quality Control:

Lead design projects from idea conception to completion, managing the quality of work from internal and freelance designers.
Oversee quality control to ensure all design products meet high standards of aesthetics and communication effectiveness.

Trend Updating & Quality Assurance:

Ensure all design products comply with brand image standards and image copyright regulations.
Continuously monitor and apply the latest design trends in advertising and digital brand communications.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other professional video editing software.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
Strong creative thinking, ability to stay updated with trends, and find innovative approaches for projects.
At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, particularly in a marketing agency environment.
Skills in hand drawing, graphic design, 3D modeling, and professional video editing.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in graphic design, digital design, or a related field.

Fixed 13th- month salary bonus.
