Senior Graphic Designer

You pay strong attention to detail, accuracy and have a keen eye for esthetics & able to work under pressure
You have communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
Is able to meet deadlines and handle intense pressure
You have prior experience as a Graphic/Motion Graphic Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques and tools
You possess a good knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Adobe XD, Figma…
Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (ex: Advanced Diploma In Multimedia (ADIM), Bachelor…)
Making video and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
High sense of creativity and responsibility
Making original key visual design (Banner, Storyboard for video on social media networks; POSM; Landingpage, Website, App..) and ensure the visual products aligned with the strategy
Be capable of hand- drawing

Must have at least 3- 5 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, Motion Graphics Design, or Visual Designer.
Understanding of the graphics production process.
Ability to combine colors, layouts, and fonts to produce high- quality creative pieces.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Able to work under high pressure and work independently as well as in a team in a deadline- sensitive, multi- task.
Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects and can use In Design, Sketch, and XD is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field.
English and Japanese is a plus.
MS Office is a must.
