RESPONSIBILITIES
Stay up- to- date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to enhance the overall design quality and user experience.
Present design ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders and clients articulating rationale and strategy behind creative decisions and incorporating feedback to refine designs.
Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information to inform the design process and ensure a deep understanding of target audiences.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
Handle company internal designers with other team members.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines throughout all design deliverables.
Provide art direction and mentor junior designers/interns, ensuring the quality and consistency of design output.
Join in briefing and brainstorming creative ideas and concept sessions during projects with other teams (Account, Planning, Content, Production, etc) to develop integrated design solutions that effectively communicate key messages.
Lead the design process from concept development to final execution across branding assets.
Develop innovative and visually compelling design concepts that effectively communicate the client’s message and resonate with the target audience.
Advise clients and internal team about visual solutions.

REQUIREMENTS
Have at least 03 years of similar experience (or above) in the design/creative industry and work in an agency environment and/or 01 year of similar roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in various design mediums.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced, deadline- driven environment.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful design solutions for clients across different industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to clients and team members.
Good at English communication is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, color and layout.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields.
