Senior Growth Marketing Executive, ZaloPay (Retail/Marketplace)

Oversee end- to- end processing for campaigns aimed at driving revenue from affiliate sources;
Coordinate efforts across internal & external teams to finalize POSM, media communication/branding plans for traffic and user awareness;
Perform data monitoring and analysis daily/weekly and provide recommendations based on consumer insights;
And other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
Take ownership of the relationship with Account Manager, ensuring effective coordination with key stakeholders in marketing (branding, social, design), as well as Ops, FA, and BI teams to ensure successful execution and secure necessary support;
Manage budget of promo cost and media mix that best suit business objectives;
Evaluate market conditions to identify emerging trends and propose innovative digital marketing tactics for improving Growth Marketing activities;
Develop overall growth marketing plan to build up and meet KPI related to volume, user growth, user retention for the assigned vertical- Offline Retail KA & E- commerce (Lazada, Tiki…);

Bachelor&039;s Degree and above, from 3- 5 years of experience in Fintech, Ecommerce, Tech or Retail companies.
