Senior Growth Strategy Associate (ride-hailing & delivery merchants), ZaloPay

Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams (Marketing, Business, Product, Finance) and external Merchants to develop and execute growth initiatives. Staying on top of the communication streams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Drive deep- dive analysis to unravel the "why" behind the performance and proactively propose action plans via tactical Marketing campaigns or Product initiatives to improve results if needed.
Stay up- to- date with industry trends and best practices in growth hacking, product- led growth, and digital marketing.
Overview key growth metrics of the business and overall market including industry trends & competitor landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Act as a Growth and Partnership owner of strategic partners.
Liaise with FP&A team on KPIs and budget planning. Own monthly/ quarterly performance reports to senior leaders.

Experienced in tech startup with preferred sectors of FinTech, E- commerce, Ride- hailing, etc... or management consulting.
Sharp business acumen with critical thinking, being able to collect facts and figures to support business arguments.
Bachelor’s degree with business- related majors (Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Marketing).
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills, with a proven record of being able to articulate ideas/ messages well to people at different levels and backgrounds.
Excellent analytical skills, comfortable in dealing with complex numbers and capable of conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis.
