As a HOKA Product Engineer III, you&039;ll be a critical architect in bringing our most technical and beloved footwear models to life. Your mission? To meticulously drive the engineering process from initial design brief through to commercialization, ensuring every HOKA product not only meets but exceeds world- class performance standards. What You&039;ll Do
• Collaborative Innovation: Partner closely with US & Asia Development, Materials, and Design teams to facilitate early trials, proactively identify risks, and provide expert technical solutions.
• Drive Engineering Excellence: Lead the engineering process for HOKA&039;s highly technical and franchise models, from brief hand- off to Ready to Buy (RTB) approval, ensuring world- class performance.
• Ensure Seamless Production: Collaborate with Commercialization and Production teams to develop manufacturing SOPs, guaranteeing smooth transitions from development to mass production.
• Optimize & Troubleshoot: Analyze tech- packs, propose alternative constructions and materials for cost and performance optimization, and provide critical input in teardown and T1 meetings.
• Knowledge Sharing & Growth: Mentor team members and factory partners, fostering technical competencies. Continuously seek new materials, technologies, and methods to elevate HOKA&039;s product offerings.
