Responsibilities:
The Senior HR & Admin Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of People & Administration to shape and implement HR strategies of our Vietnam operations. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong expertise who can handle diverse HR functions including HR Operations and Office Admin in a rapidly growing environment.
HR Operations:
Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits packages;
Handle daily HR operations tasks with the mind of accuracy, deadlines and compliance;
Handle onboarding and offboarding process in alignment with Company procedures.
Implement HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with legal labor laws and regulations;
Consult employees with a strong basic knowledge and a human approach;
Assist Head of People & Administration to do reports from time to time;
Ensure efficient HR operations, including payroll management, HRIS maintenance, and employee records for Vietnam and Scandinavian offices;
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Address employee grievances and provide solutions in a timely manner;
Enhance company culture by driving diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement initiatives;
Office Admin:
Organize daily meals with care and excellent service;
Collaborate with TA team to organize Job fairs/Company tour/…;
Optimize and manage the budget given every month;
Work with the vendors effectively by proper negotiation;
Manage daily admin tasks and make sure the office facilities are functioning well;
Collaborate with L&D team to organize company events;
Do the reports to track the expenses and propose solutions for optimization;
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Head of People & Administration.
Requirements
Proficient in verbal and written English communication;
Proven track record in HR & Admin execution and development;
In- depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and HR best practices. Knowledge in Nordic labor law is a plus;
At least 3 years of experience in C&B, HR Operations and Admin;
Knowledge of HRIS;
Open- minded, creative, careful, fast learner, dedicated, and flexible;.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
Experience working in advertising agencies is preferable.
