Job PurposeThe Senior HR Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting end- to- end HR operations, with a strong focus on HR systems management (HRIS), data integrity, reporting, and cross- functional HR support. The role requires a high level of accuracy, strong analytical capability, and the ability to work effectively within a multinational environment.2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. HRIS Management & System Support• Provide technical and functional support for the HRIS, including troubleshooting, root- cause analysis, and resolving system errors or workflow issues.• Maintain HR databases and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all employee data across integrated systems.• Conduct routine data audits and validations to safeguard data integrity and minimize discrepancies.• Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements, new modules, or process improvements to maximize efficiency and support future business needs.• Coordinate and execute system testing, trial implementations, and post- launch evaluations.• Develop, generate, and standardize monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to internal stakeholders.B. General HR Operations• Support ongoing HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements as assigned.• Collaborate with HR team members across Talent Acquisition, C&B, L&D, and Employee Relations to ensure seamless HR service delivery.• Maintain HR documentation and support compliance with corporate policies, audit requirements, and labor regulations.C. Cross- functional Coordination• Work closely with global and regional HR counterparts on system integration, reporting standards, and HR operational updates.• Provide support for internal stakeholders requiring HR data insights or system- related guidance.D. Additional Responsibilities• Handle ad- hoc tasks, assignments, and special projects as directed by management.• Support domestic or international business travel arrangements when required.
