Recruitment (50%)
• Maximize internal recruiting channels with most efficient tools/sources
• Efficient & Structured on boarding by Meet 100% manpower adapt as business requirement Ensure no shortage of manpower by recruiting employees on time (mainly from grade 2 - 9)
• Take responsibilities/Support on orientation training to new employees
• Manage effectively networking channels (public center, schools, job-fairs) to enrich the talent databases
Employer Branding: (10%)
• Posting job opportunities via internal media: email, news board, Television screen, ... via external social media: Facebook, Linked-in, …
Learning & Development: (20%)
• Identify the gap of current with design positions.
• Training new staff on the company’s regulations and policies (orientation training, Re-orientation).
• Support to making the training assessment. Ensure the return on investment as company requirement.
• Develop the Individual Program for critical positions (succession planning)
• Update, revise and maintain the Jobs descriptions for each position and Jobs profiles for key & critical position.
• Update the department structure/ Organization chart.
• Support to build the Career Development Program for functional department.
• Identify the critical/ leadership position.
Employee relations (20%)
• Coordinate on HR and other annually activities…
• Coordinate to organize company events related to employees such as: annual company trips, annual parties, trade union activities …
• Receive the staffs’ queries, question, complaint and grievance daily, solve and give the solution or report to department head on staff issues.
• Main coordinate in planning and executing internal communication activities (HR tips, yammer, facebook …)
• Take part in and support for company Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) …
• Participating in meetings that involve a range of issues as needed or assigned for the purpose of developing and recommendation or supporting other staff
• Staying close with the function department to understand and assist HR department in improve the environment working area, change the habit and improve the operation performance; handle staff feedback and give solutions.
