* General information

You will be a key member of the Human Resource Team in Power Grids business, Vietnam. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will do Payroll & Benefits tasks to ensure deliverables meet the customer requirement within the time bound.
* Your responsibilities
•Service Delivery - Execute and deliver monthly payroll from end-to-end (prepare instructions and data entry for all new joiner, leavers and employee life cycle changes, separate runs as necessary, such as withholding of taxes, etc), reconciliation of payroll and GL reports for submission according to defined service level agreement(s). Handles complex/escalated tasks.
•Support Service - Provide payroll support and manage payroll queries from stakeholders. This include any off-cycle or ex-gratia payments, tax calculations, statutory filing/payment. Administrate payroll related AskHR tickets and ensure timely closure of tickets, any other task/assignment given from time to time.
•Process optimization – Recommends enhancements and simplification of existing payroll processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with stakeholders. Leads some process improvement activities and ensuring complying & participate in payroll internal control and audit activities.
•Special programs - Recommends, develops, and assists in implementation of special programs in area of functional specialty. Supports HR cross-functional initiatives in area of functional responsibility.
•System – Records employee enquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool). Recommends changes to system functionality and supports systems implementation/upgrade in area of functional responsibility.
•Data Entry & Documentation – Maintains a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems. Provides on-demand reports related to the process when required.
•External payroll providers – provide payroll data input and review their payroll calculation; feedback queries from employees; prepare Purchase Request for invoice issuance/payment; work with the accounting team to make sure timely payment to the service providers.
•End-to-end process for Social Insurance, Health Insurance & Unemployment Insurance (SHUI) – prepare and submit monthly data to SHUI authority for registration/deregistration; collect and submit SHUI claims to SHUI authority and follows up; prepare, advise and submit dossier for retired cases; support any requests on HI card, SI book & clear related queries
•End-to-end Non-compulsory insurance - review contract, renewal of service contract on annual basis; provide monthly data for registration/deregistration; responsible for issuance of card, support in claim process & clear queries.
•Monthly headcount report - prepare headcount report and send to BU controllers for their review; revise the report per BU controller’s comment for headcount reporting purposes.
•Monthly accrual report - prepare accrual report for BU controllers’ review; upload the final accrual amount to JEWF; clear all queries on accrual data.
•Monthly Personal Income tax/Year-end Personal Income tax declaration - based on monthly payroll data, prepare monthly PIT declaration for the whole company; ensuring the PIT declaration submission on time; work with accounting team to make PIT payment to the authority; for PIT of expat, work with PwC for preparation/calculation; year-end preparation and submission of the final PIT declaration for the whole company; prepare and submit final PIT declaration for expats upon their assignment end; responsible for registration/deregistration of tax code for dependents/employees; responsible to issue tax withholding; certificate/remuneration confirmation letters employees; clear all related queries.
•Any other assigned jobs related to C&B.

Yêu cầu công việc


•Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any stream, with 4-5 years of experience in payroll
•Experience in HR Shared Services for a Global Company will be an added advantage.
•Experience in payroll and statutory filing are mandatory
•SAP knowledge is a must
•Proficiency in Ms Office, along with organizing, coordinating and analytical skills.
•The ability to work in teams, within deadlines and be process oriented will be an ideal fit.
•Strong verbal and written in English communication skills is a must
•Ability to handle multi-tasks and work under tight timeline
