Job Description
HR Data, Reporting & Workforce Analytics
Contribute to HR digitalization initiatives and continuous improvement of HR processes and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Analyze HR data and metrics to assess workforce efficiency, identify risks, trends, and provide insights and optimization recommendations.
Participate in the design and development of HR reporting systems and management dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / BI tools…) to support workforce management and decision- making.
HR Project Management
Contribute to the development and optimization of HR- related projects (Workforce Planning, Organizational Structure, Career Path & Progression Frameworks, etc.).
Participate in HR policy improvement projects and handle ad- hoc HR- related requirements as requested by the business.
Participate in the design, implementation, and ongoing updates of the Total Rewards system.
Support the establishment and standardization of cross- functional collaboration processes to improve internal operational effectiveness.
HR Functional Support
Participate in analyzing and implementing workforce productivity and performance improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with functional departments on in- depth projects related to compensation, benefits, and workforce development.
Support the monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of HR policies and programs.
Job Requirements
Good understanding of labor market practices, compensation & benefits, and HR operating models.
Ability to work independently with strong self- management and task prioritization skills.
Strong Excel skills; solid data mindset with the ability to build reports and dashboards.
Good command of English.
3–5 years of relevant working experience.
